Billing

Web Prime's billing cycle begins when you receive an e-mail confirming that your website has become available for access over the Internet. The first month (and all months of service) is payable in advance, including any set up fees. Thereafter, payment will be made every month every month as a recurring transaction. Your account will be charged every 30 days , which is on the same day your account was opened.

An example: if you opened your account on March 18th, your account becomes due on April 18th, if you paid for one month of service.

If, the account is not paid when the date payment is due, an e-mail announcing your pass due payment will be sent to the contact e-mail addresses you provide to Web Prime (via the order process or the control panel's e-mail section). It is not Web Prime's responsibility if you do not receive or read that e-mail due to any circumstances beyond our control. Several e-mails are sent on different dates to make sure you receive it.

If, the account is not paid or an agreement is not met with in five business days when the date payment is due, access to the account will be blocked and the web site will be taken off-line. No data will be deleted, however, no backup of it will be provided (it is the user's responsibility to have a local copy of his/her web site) unless a backup restoration fee of $40 is provided.

Any such termination or interruption does not relieve you from paying the overdue amount plus any interest, and in the event of collection enforcement, you shall be liable for any costs associated with such collection, including legal costs, attorney fees, court costs, or collection agency fees. Any returned checks due to insufficient funds and credit card charge backs are subject to a $25.00 fee, and will place your account in default and service will be terminated immediately until payment is again provided.

Web Prime reserves the right to change the rate of this service by giving thirty (30) days notice prior to the effective date of the new rate. You may cancel this Agreement by providing thirty (30) days prior written notice to Web Prime.

Web Prime reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. All clients will be notified of such changes before they take effect.
